It was a lovely day all around. In the morning I was brought breakfast in bed (poptarts, my favorite) and given some beautiful cards. I also received a daisy plant
that I’m sure will bring me lots of daisies (also, my favorite)! Then in the afternoon the Thraps came back and the men made fetuccini alfredo for dinner while the kids played and watched movies and I took lots of pictures of Elena
being cute! We even had a chance to get a little Rook
in there, and I’m not sure, but I’m thinking that Becca and I kicked some Rookin’ bootay (what was the score boys???). All in all it was a fun day, even if the girls tried to ruin it by flooding Audrey’s bedroom lol!
Wow, we look like we’re really ENJOYING our game of ROOK. LOL! I really am sorry the girls made such a disaster, I hope the cake helped to sweeten the evening for you. (Josh said the girls had started out the whole thing trying to play the water game! Had you heard that?!) I guess the room lost! BTW, thanks for not getting a total boob shot.

I’m so glad you had a good Mother’s Day. I love daisies too. I can’t the ones I planted to bloom though, if you have any advice, I’d love some help!

Awww….it sounds like you had a really nice Mother’s Day. I wish I could have had some of that fetuccini alfredo. I haven’t had any of Chris’ cooking in a while. And the poptarts- that’s the best part
