but alas, all the other plug-ins just don’t seem to work as well as this one. I had a fun weekend. Lisa and I and left on Thursday to go see Becca for a girls scrapping weekend (well, actually, Lisa had to leave on Friday since Saturday was her birthday–HAPPY BIRTHDAY LISA). We had such fun and Becca made her first shakey! Then, Chris and the kids came up to join us on Friday afternoon and there was lots of Canasta and a little Rook to be had. In a turn of events, Becca and I apparently have lost our edge in Rook, but we’ve gained a considerable edge in Canasta. Unfortunately for the guys, we all seem to be enjoying the challenge of Canasta so much more than Rook…so, the men are dealing with this as best as they can lol.
Also this weekend we got to see Jacob’s soccer game, which was VERY exciting and COLD! I saw Jacob kick in a goal and defend his team VERY well! I may be biased, but I thought he was the best kid on the field!
Oh thank you for all the nice times and the nice things said here. Jacob was having a good game! It’s a shame they ended it at the third quarter! But I’m glad you got to see it. Michael and Audrey really made the cheering section! I don’t neccessarily think Jacob’s the best player on the team, but he’s definately pretty good,

Your visits sound super fun. I wish that when we visited we could have more time to spend with individual families. I love hanging out with all of the siblings and their offspring, but it gets to be too many kids in one place. The same thing happens when we visit you guys along with the Thraps (Uhm, it’s the Thraps that have too many kids, not you guys.)
Anyway, when we visit I would love to hang out with just you, Chris and your kids, and also visit the Thraps at their house. I think it would make for a lot calmer time.
Anyway, glad you are having fun, and helping Lisa go somewhere besides my mom’s house.
Oh yeah, sorry, I just don’t know that Becca and I could handle one or the other spending time with you guys without each other lol… I’ll just ditch my kids off on my mom next time you come!
AW, thanks for defending us Kate. And see Mike, I was about to say that maybe we could all try to come visit you guys some time. But I guess you couldn’t handle it anyway. :p
