Not strong, but I’m still hanging in there. Today I made low carb fettuccini alfredo, which turned out quite yummy and BOTH of my children ate it so that was a plus!

Oh, it’s an easy recipe… I think it’s 4tbs. butter (or margarine), 2c. whipping cream, 1c. grated parmesan cheese, a little salt and pepper. Not exactly low fat… but very filling especially if you eat early.
