Cleaned our bathrooms HARD CORE (I hate cleaning bathrooms!) so they are so nice and clean. Then I cleaned the rest of the house, except for the kids’ rooms. Then, I took a shower (sadly, I really needed it lol) and even put on a little make-up. And, today, I’m taking my good feelings and starting to use them to eat healthier. I’ve done it many times before, but I haven’t done the work on me really. So, I’m trying it in little steps at a time. YAY ME!

Went to Church! I seriously haven’t done that in MONTHS, so really it was needed. I had been putting it off for so long because of so many silly reasons. Part of loving life is being firm in my faith, so hopefully I am back on the right road. In other exciting news, Michael’s baptism is set for August 4. We have had to schedule and reschedule it over and over again, so I really hope this time it sticks!
In order to love myself, I have to do something that makes me love myself… soooo, today, instead of sleeping like I really wanted to, I got up and went to Kalona with my family to tour the cheese factory and check out the Springtown Market. The truth is it felt nice to get out and spend time with my family (even though Audrey had a rough time). It was a lovely drive through the country… I almost did not want to go home, but alas I did not want to spend any more money and I had nothing else to do lol!
