I am so proud of you for trying a new food! Salad is very good for you and there are many ways that you can prepare a salad. There are taco salads that are salads with meat and cheese and lettuce and anything else you like to put on a taco...they are so yummy! There are also chinese chicken salads that have a yummy dressing on it and chicken in the salad...maybe you can research the different salad recipes and help mommy and daddy make them every night for dinner!
