Well… the day started out sad as Audrey woke me up to throw up, the poor thing. I got a LOVELY surprise when the Thrap children called me up as I was getting ready for work to serenade me with a HAPPY BIRTHDAY song! Then, I was off to work… big day of meetings! When I got home, Audrey was still sick so Chris had to stay home with her while I got to go to my birthday party at El Dorado! Linda, Angie, Kathleen, Michael, Uncle Keith, Mom and Dad joined me for a yummy dinner and after that all the waiters sang to me and Linda K. whose birthday was last week! I got some AWESOME presents… moola for my books from mom and dad (THANK YOU!!! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH THAT WILL HELP!!!), a cute card with some fun money from Uncle Keith, and then some AWESOME scrap supplies from Angie OF COURSE!!! It was SUCH a good time!!! AND, I can’t wait for this weekend when I get to party with the Thraps!!! WHOO HOO!
I’m glad your bday turned out awesome–I’m not gonna lie, I was concerned when we got off the phone after abandoning the McD’s! It sounds like you really did have fun, and, scrap supplies from Angie…Girl! (in my best shrieky cliche voice) color me jealous!
