		<description>OK, I wasn&#039;t going to bother but I watched this.  I didn&#039;t watch the longer version, maybe sometime I will.  For now this was enough.  I like what he had to say.  I worry about things like this all the time, and I think lately I&#039;ve become something of an Eeyore.  It&#039;s not easy turning an Eeyore into a Tigger, but I know it&#039;s worth it, and I have so many reasons to try.  One is sitting on my lap pulling my hair as I type this!  Thanks for this motivation to keep me on track.  I know you didn&#039;t just put this here for me, but it helped me.  If anyone else checking in here is reading the comments without watching the video, I recommend you go watch it.</description>
